By accessing the Beyond Broadway Experience (“BBEXP”) website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement (“Agreement”).
The Beyond Broadway Experience is a product of The Training Collective, which is a trading name of By the Collectives Ltd (“BTC”), the legal entity responsible for operating this Site.
BTC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Some pages on the Site may contain additional terms or conditions which, where stated, take precedence over this Agreement.
These Terms relate only to use of the website. They do not form a contract for enrolment in any BBEXP classes, programmes, or services. Submitting an enquiry or registering interest does not create a booking, place, or contract.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Site is controlled from within the United Kingdom. By accessing the Site, you agree that all matters relating to its use shall be governed by UK law, and that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. BTC may immediately terminate access without notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Site and destroy all downloaded or printed materials.
