Equal Opportunities Statement

By the Collectives Ltd and its associated brands and partnered companies (Fierce Theatre Schools, The Beyond Broadway Experience, Beyond Broadway Associates, Broadway Breakthrough, Talent Collective and Kids Collective) are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children, young people, adults at risk, parents/carers and families, staff, freelancers, visitors and clients. We believe everyone should be treated with dignity, fairness and respect, regardless of background or identity.

  • Ensure fair access to classes, workshops, performances and competitions
  • Challenge discriminatory behaviour or language
